Payment Policy:

Deposit payment as per the following conditions:

Upon acknowledgement of booking, a deposit corresponding to 50% of the total cost of your reservation is requested to secure your hotel reservation.

By January 2nd 2025 an additional 50% deposit is requested, for a total amounting to 100% of the total reserved stay.

Important: failure to pay the remaining 50% deposit by January 2nd 2025 will result in cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of all deposits paid.

Cancellation policy:

From confirmation until January 2nd 2025, in case of cancellation of reservation or reduction of stay, no charges will be applied.

From January 3rd 2025 until February 27th 2025 in case of cancellation or reduction of stay, 50% of the cancelled nights will be charged as administrative fees.

From February 28th 2025, in case of cancellation or reduction of stay, the participant will be charged 100% of the total stay reserved.

Cancellations shall be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email at the following address: esgehotels@bnetwork.com  
Penalties may apply as specified above. Telephone cancellations are not accepted as valid.

Reservation modification changes: All reservation(s) modifications can be made through the website "My account" section at https://esgehotels.bnetwork.com or in writing via email.

Changes will be confirmed by bnetwork within 24 hours and are subject to availability.
 
Personal information protection: bnetwork complies with applicable data protection laws and regulations regarding collection, use, transfer, disclosure, retention, security, and destruction of “personal information” (P.I.) and “personally identifiable information”). bnetwork will only use P.I. that is provided by the company or directly by an individual solely to the extent necessary to perform its obligations under this contract. bnetwork shall not employ the P.I. for bnetwork’s own purposes nor for the purposes of third parties. bnetwork shall not transfer data or P.I. to any third parties, except upon prior written approval of the company.
